Ana Isabelle Bio

Ana Isabel Acevedo Aviles hails from Puerto Rico. She's a dancer, actress and a businesswoman. In December 2007, she released her debut album Por El Amor and in 2009 she took home the Univision award for Viva el Sueno. Ana Isabelle, a Puerto Rican award-winning actress, songwriter and dancer, was unstoppable in landing Steven Spielberg's West Side Story remake, that was shot in New York City. Ana Isabelle was part of the veteran cast in Imprisoned which starred Laurence Fishburne and co-starred in the remake of Coppola's "Dementia 13". Ana made her US Television debut in Seasons Of Love opposite Taraji P Henson Gladys Knight and Method Man and was the first Latina singer to appear in an TNT NBA All Stars commercial where she and actor Chazz Palminteri paid homage to legends from the basketball world with Ana performing "Power" of Kanye West. Some of the other TV credits she has had for Ana includes Younger, Strangers, and Big Dogs. Her most recent television credits include: Younger, Strangers and Big Dogs. New York Stage Debut Off Broadway in the musical I Like it Like That with Tito Nieves and won Broadway Worlds Regional Award for the best Actress and for her portrayal as Eva Peron in Asolo Repertory Theatre Evita as well as Anita in the Guthrie The Theatre's West Side Story. In addition to performing for sold-out audiences, Isabelle has also performed with Gilberto Santa Rosa in Carnegie Hall and duets performed by Luis Fonsi as well as Placido Dominco, Jose Feliciano or Citifield. Ana Isabelle released three successful albums both in Latin America as well as within the US. There were more than 30 millions Latinos have voted her to be the winner in Viva el Sueno which was a Univision produced music reality program that Ana Isabelle won. Billboard Magazine called her An Artist To See.
