Tracy Spiridakos has been nominated for most outstanding Actress on Television by the post-apocalyptic science-fiction show on NBC called Revolution. Spiridakos was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, to Greek-born parents. At the age of four she was moved by her parents to Skala. Skala is a Greek town is near Sparta. She strongly identifies herself with her Greek family and heritage, and she speaks fluently in Greek. She was a graduate of Oak Park High School in Winnipeg in the year 2000. Spiridakos made the move to Vancouver BC in 2007 to begin acting. Within weeks, she landed her very first television role, A small part in Supernatural. In 2009, she was awarded her first lead role on a television show on Majority Rules! She debuted in a major movie, Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011), together with Donal Logue and Katie Cassidy.
